Here at Flattop Computers, one of our main services is repair.

Our technicians can successfully repair or replace hardware, clean up settings, set up, reinstall, or remove software, and even service most printers.

In fact, the only thing we do not service are Macintosh computers.

We provide service to anywhere within a reasonable distance of our main office in Troutman, NC (directions), including, but not limited to, Statesville, Union Grove, and most other locations in and around Iredell County.

In most cases your problems can be dealt with in a timely manner unless complications arise.

If the problem is minor, we can usually have your computer back to you in 1 to 3 days.

Service time, of course, depends on what parts will need to be ordered, what software will need to be ordered, and our work load at the time you bring it in.

If it is imperative you have your computer back as soon as possible, we also have priority in shop labor, on site labor, and in extreme cases, we are willing to stay after hours to finish up with your machine.

Our prices are as follows:

Evaluation: $45.00 (in some cases where all that is required is reloading software, and other small jobs, we may only charge you the evaluation cost.

In Shop Labor: $75.00 an hour

Priority In Shop Labor (while you wait): $90.00 an hour.

On Site labor (at your residence or business): $105.00 an hour

After Hours On Site Labor: $125.00 an hour

Contracts Available with up to 50% Discounts of labor price.
